Why I built it
Running Claude Code or Codex across several projects multiplies terminals and scatters documents. Three projects quickly become nine terminals, an agent waits fourteen minutes for an answer nobody saw, and the plan it should follow sits in another folder. PMDesk is a macOS app that puts each project, its agent sessions and its documents in one place.
Features
- One tab per project, with every running and past session listed. Sessions keep running in the background.
- "Waiting" badge on every page, so no agent sits unanswered.
- Requests, plans and client documents next to the session. Type @ to point the agent at the exact file you mean.
- Review what the agent produced: read its Markdown and HTML, comment on the exact passage and send every fix back in one go. Plan tasks tick off from commits.
- Skills by role and category to give agents the right instructions for the job.
- Private by design: no server for your project data and no bundled AI model. Files, requests and history stay in your project folder (0 B uploaded).
